My real estate career began in 2001 after earning a degree in architecture and purchasing my first property to renovate. That project grew into more than 150 renovations, over 100 newly built homes, subdivision development, rental properties, and more than 1,000 real estate transactions.
When the market changed in 2008, I became licensed and began helping homeowners navigate short sales, foreclosure risks, and difficult financial decisions. I see what others miss, from construction and renovation costs to value, financing, marketing, and negotiation, so my clients can make smarter real estate decisions with confidence.
I have built more than 100 homes, renovated over 150 properties, and guided more than 1,000 real estate transactions. My architecture and construction background means I can evaluate a home's structure, systems, quality, and true value in a way most agents cannot.
