Headline Event: 34th Annual Waldo Fall Festival
The 34th Annual Waldo Fall Festival is one of Kansas City's longest-running neighborhood celebrations, filling the streets around Gregory Boulevard and Wornall Road with live music, local vendors, food trucks, and kids' activities from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is free for the whole family, and the festival is a favorite way to experience the walkable, community-minded character of the Waldo neighborhood in south Kansas City.

Liberty's 5th annual pumpkin festival brings free face painting, air brush tattoos, a balloon artist, kids' games, pumpkin-themed treats, and a kids maker market to the historic courthouse square. It is a free Northland morning for families and a great chance to walk the shops and restaurants around downtown Liberty afterward.
Overland Park Farmers Market
Overland Park's farmers market continues its fall-season Saturday hours at the Clock Tower location in Downtown Overland Park, with more than 100 vendors selling produce, wine, jams, breads, pasta, and other farm-to-table goods. It is a free Johnson County market and an easy morning loop with breakfast from a vendor and a stroll through downtown Overland Park.
Panda Fest Kansas City
Panda Fest turns Legends Field into an outdoor Asian food and culture festival with 90-plus food vendors, live performances, and artisan booths across the whole weekend. Tickets start around $10, and the festival is a lively, family-friendly way to spend an evening or a full day in Kansas City, Kansas.
