Construction Phase
The home is built in stages: foundation, framing, rough-ins, insulation, drywall, trim, and finishes. We recommend regular site visits to monitor progress and catch issues early.
Inspections & Walkthroughs
Schedule a pre-drywall walkthrough, final walkthrough, and a third-party new construction inspection. We attend these with you and help document any issues.
Closing & Move-In
Final closing, keys, and move-in. We help you understand your warranty coverage, what to watch for in the first year, and how to submit warranty claims.
